Even at this early stage I felt confident that if I perfected the foundation training techniques and incorporated them into my day to day life I would get better.
Over the next few months I learnt about the importance of the posterior chain, how to hinge properly at the hip and how to decompress my spine.
I felt my core getting significantly stronger and I was moving differently. I was delighted with my progress.
I had now, after all this time finally begun to understand why I had been experiencing back pain.
It was liberating!
