After reading the inertia article I started to research foundation training online.
I watched every youtube video, listened to every podcast and I read every article I could find.
It became clear, almost immediately that I had stumbled on something special. I ordered the book and all of the available online material.
I then began doing the exercises. It felt unnatural and awkward at first but I persisted. For about two weeks I did the basic foundation training exercises several times everyday.
The first thing that I noticed was that my shoulders were being pulled back and I felt taller. A few people even commented on my improved posture!
Next chapter: Perfecting technique
This inspired me to continue.
