Research, research and more research. Athlean x lead me to Elliot Hulse who lead me to Paul Chek and Ido Portal (two of my most significant influences.)

I obsessively watched video content and read every article I could find to do with back pain, core strength, flexibility, stress, functional movement patternsnutrition and more.

Despite this extensive research I was still unsure as to the best way forward?????

If anything I was getting even more confused!
