A short edit from a bodyweight workout that I recently did at the Natural Form Studio. The focus is mobility and core strength development.

This workout is an intermediate level workout and should take approximately 20 minutes. Perform each exercise for 45 seconds to 1 minute with a 20 second rest between exercises. Repeat set 2 - 4 times depending on fitness level.
