To kick start 2018 we are offering all of our clients free group training sessions throughout January, February & March!
Simply turn up and train.
Training with like minded people and sharing your health and fitness journey is a great way to stay on track and maintain motivation.
When and Where?
- Wednesday evening at 7pm meet at North Quay in Hayle - Running and body weight training
- Saturday mornings at 9am meet at Gwithian beach car park in Hayle - HIIT style beach workout
Can anyone come along?
