But what exactly is diet and nutrition? And why is it so important? Nutrition can be defined as the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth. And your diet is quite simply, what you actually eat.
A well balanced diet is always the best option.
Protein, carbohydrates, fats, fibre, vitamins and minerals. All important stuff! Problem is that the world of nutrition can be quite confusing! I know this. Because I was very confused. I think lots of people are.
If you are struggling or are unsure of how to get started with a new healthier diet. Then why not do exactly what I did? Start by introducing some healthy foods. And maybe get rid of a few unhealthy foods. Just remember. Rome wasn't built in a day.
Keep it simple. Be patient and consistent.
