'I started training with James in May 2018 as I wanted to get “surf fit” in preparation for a trip I had booked to Hossegor, France.
By the end of the 6 week programme with James I had more stamina surfing for longer periods. I was also catching more waves and I was generally feeling more confident in the water.
Every training session with James is carefully planned to challenge me and tailored to specificially improve my surfing fitness. James always takes the time to explain how the exercises will help my surfing. This is key and a real motivator!
Since returning from France I have continued to work with James, combining personal training sessions with Foundation Training classes and small group fitness sessions.
