News and Updates: New Classes at Una and Lifestyle Solutions

  • Lifestyle Solutions on Tuesdays 12:15 - 1pm. This class is already up and running.

  • Una St Ives 9:30 - 10:30am starting on Thursday the 25th of April.

  • You can book in for these new classes plus any of our other classes online at

If you can't make your regular class why not attend one of our other classes? If you are a Natural Client then you can attend any Natural Form class! Momentum and consistency is so important.

Technique Review: Decompression Breathing

Challenging, highly beneficial and central to Foundation Training. Here is the man himself Dr Eric Goodman to explain . . . .

This Weeks Workout: 10 Min Natural Form Home Workout 

  • Lunge Decompression (with x 2 shoulder traces)

  • Woodpecker 5 breath hold

  • Mckenzie press ups x 20

  • Anchored back extensions x 4 - 10 or 30s hold

  • Leg raises x 10 single leg L & R plus x 6 - 10 double leg (*only do double leg if you have excellent core control)

  • Standing decompression

* To be done at least twice between classes or sessions. Should take no longer than 10 mins. If you are unsure of any of the exercises just leave that particular exercise out and do the others. Good technique is very important as always so take your time. And enjoy!

Something of Interest: Meditation 

This simple practice has had such a positive impact on my life. Since practicing meditation regularly I am without a doubt a more patient and present person. I am also so much better at coping with stress! These are just a few of the benefits that I have experienced.

To begin with I felt stupid doing it. And to be honest I just didn't understand it. I actually think that there is a lot of confusion about what meditation is and how to do it. Here is a very short and quite amusing video that might just get you thinking about meditation in a new way.

If you'd like to give meditation a go then a great way to get started is with the Headspace app. You can download it on your iPhone and there is a free trial period.
