What sugar does to your brain

21 DAYS NO SUGAR!

Time for an update.

I'm now 14 days into my 21 days without sugar and it's going well! It hasn't been the perfect effort I was hoping for but it's been almost perfect and that'll have to do for now.

It's actually been easier and harder than I was expecting. Day to day, no problem but socially and when I was on holiday it was tricky. I think this is mainly due to lack of good options when out and about.

In terms of how I feel. I definitely feel more balanced, I have more energy and I am not craving sugary foods at all, even when stressed, which was an issue for me before.
