Kelly Starrett is a physical therapist, coach, author and public speaker. We have been following Kelly and MobilityWOD for about two years now. We find Starrett’s work to be a great resource and his approach to be effective.
Starrett’s 2013 book Becoming a Supple Leopard became a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller, allowing readers worldwide to learn how to take control of their body and aid their pain and, most importantly, their recovery.. He has worked with athletes at the highest level but his methods are accessible for all.
Gaining access to his techniques for improved human movement and training is priceless. His techniques have helped us here at Natural Form to improve our own athletic performance and that of our clients.
Be warned though - His methods aren’t always enjoyable, you will have to be prepared for a certain amount of mild discomfort. They are however, highly beneficial and renowned for their results!
