We first read How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy about 4 years ago and it has influenced our thinking and even how we live our lives ever since. We often refer to this book when working with clients and find it to be an excellent resource.
It is our opinion, here at Natural Form, that this book was, and still is, way ahead of its time. The author, Paul Chek, has been known to divide opinion amongst fitness and health professionals, but yet he certainly isn’t afraid to speak out and challenge existing thought. It is therefore important to approach this book with an open mind as some of the material may conflict with more established views on health and nutrition. Views which are as varied as our own bodies.
This book sets out to help you to:
‘Learn how to proportion your meals to achieve optimum weight
Know the truth about fats, oils, animal products and grains
Choose an exercise program that works for you
Understand the major impact stress has on your body
Discover how getting to sleep by 10:30pm can help to improve your health
Overcome unwanted symptoms such as acne, irritable bowel, acid reflux, bloating, headache, joint pain and many more by eating the right foods and taking care of yourself’ (How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy by Paul Chek)
How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy, written by Paul Chek was first published in 2004 and you can order it online from Amazon.
