what is Foundation Training?
Foundation Training is an exercise and movement training program created by US back pain and movement expert Dr Eric Goodman. It consists of a series of easy to learn yet challenging bodyweight exercises. Foundation Training improves posture, optimises performance and addresses the root causes of back, hip, neck and shoulder pain.
This approach is new to the UK and unlike any other.

How it works
