Natural form classes
Small group, technique focused training sessions that reflect the Natural Form Approach.
A full body workout combining body weight strength training, core conditioning, Foundation Training, Functional Range Conditioning, flexibility, breath training and more. Great for improving athletic performance and also addressing the root causes of back, neck, hip and shoulder pain associated with poor posture.

You can book a Natural Form class using the calendar below. You can pay with your PayPal account or select to pay with card via the PayPal payment system. After you have made the payment a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that if you are new to Natural Form you must contact us before attending a class.
Access to Natural Form classes
To attend a Natural Form Class you will need to do an intro session or attend a Natural Form Foundation Training Workshop. It is very important that you are comfortable and familiar with our training principles and basic techniques prior to attending a class.
